Sonora

A personal macOS music studio by CaraCe Music — original songs, generated with on-device AI, published by their creator.

Sonora is a single-user desktop application. It creates music and videos locally on the creator's Mac and publishes them only to the creator's own accounts, one manual upload at a time. It has no backend, collects no data, and never posts on behalf of anyone else.

What it does

🎵 Local AI music

Generates original instrumental and vocal songs entirely on-device (Apple Silicon, ACE-Step pipeline). No cloud generation.

🎬 Music videos

Renders 1080p and vertical 1080×1920 videos: illustrated backgrounds, animated waveform, lyrics synchronized to the real voice.

✂️ Shorts editor

Analyzes the song structure and cuts a chorus or verse+chorus fragment on a video-editor timeline.

⬆️ Publish to own channels

Uploads the finished video to the creator's own YouTube and TikTok accounts via their official APIs, after OAuth consent.

How TikTok publishing works

The creator authorizes the app once with TikTok Login Kit (OAuth 2.0 + PKCE, desktop loopback redirect).
Basic profile info is shown in-app only, to confirm which account is connected.
Each video is uploaded with the Content Posting API when the creator presses "Upload" — with the caption and privacy level they chose. No scheduling, no bulk posting, no third-party content.
